 | How We Work with PVCu and Aluminium Installations
- We will call at a pre-set date and time to view the property and take necessary details and measurements. We are also willing to give advice on design and conformity with regulations, including application for planning consent where necessary for conservatories etc.
- A written quotation is prepared and posted with our terms and conditions.
- The Customer is asked to accept the quotation in writing, but no deposit is taken.
- Arrangements are made for the Surveyor to call and take detailed instructions and measurements.
- Our fitting team will complete the work with minimum inconvenience to the customer and leave all the area tidy.
- We ask that Customers pay the account as soon as possible on receipt of the invoice and the documents are forwarded for Insurance backed Guarantee for 10 years and the work is registered with FENSA to comply with the regulations.

- Windows and doors conform to the building Regulations. Double glazed units are guaranteed for 5 years.

- We will call at a pre-set date and time to view the property and take necessary details and measurements.
- A written quotation is prepared and posted with our terms and conditions.
- The Customer is asked to accept the quotation in writing.
- Arrangements are made for the Surveyor to call and take detailed instructions and measurements.
- Our Glaziers will install compliant with all Health & Safety regulations i.e. ladders, scaffold etc.
- 6. All replacement glazing is guaranteed for 5 years.
